A couple of announcements: 1) There will be no Olympic lifting classes for the next two weeks. We will be reworking the schedule in that time frame. Starting the week of April 2nd we will have 2 Olympic lifting classes at an earlier evening time during the week, which will be more convenient for most. Stayed tuned for the new times and days. 2) The week of March 19th, is the last week we will have Yoga on Sundays at 4 pm. Starting the week of March 26th, Yoga will be scheduled for Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 11:30 a.m. Please let us know if you have any questions.
