Yes my friends, we are actually doing “Bull.” I know it looks intimidating, but just like any other WOD it can be scaled. In fact, if this is your first “Bull”, you WILL be scaling. Remember, scaling is your friend, so get to know him….or her, or it. There are infinite ways to scale, so don’t be skerd, come and get down on this awesome WOD, and honor this war hero.
