Class Types

At York Street CrossFit, we offer a variety of classes. All of our classes use a constantly changing variety of functional movements, and all offer the opportunity to push yourself to your limits!

YS/X

Improve your conditioning and jump-start your metabolism with this high-intensity class. We'll use rowers, bikes, dumbbells, and kettlebells to pump up your heart rate and lean down your body. For all athletes, from complete beginners to experienced CrossFitters.

YS HIIT

Build strength, stamina, and cardiovascular endurance with this interval-based class. The unique structure of this class makes it a great place for beginners to learn basic barbell movements, or for experienced athletes to push their limits. Hybrid

Turn up your fitness with unconventional training methods and tools to peak your heart rate, develop muscular endurance, create explosive power, and improve your conditioning. This class is for intermediate or advanced athletes.Click here for more info.
