Over the past month we have seen PR after PR being posted by our athletes. On some days there are multiple PR’s. But, CrossFit Total has shown how hard our athletes have worked to make themselves stronger. 11 of our athletes posted PR’s today! Some of those posted multiple PR’s! In all our years of doing CrossFit we have never seen anything like this! It’s unreal! Congratulations everyone, we are having so much fun coaching such dedicated and hard working athletes! We are super proud of all you guys! Below you will see the board, but I would like to point out those that posted PR’s. They are as follows:
