Pre-Party: Front Squats 3X3 – Pause at the bottom of the squat.
Party: Death by Thrusters with 10 Minute time cap (L1 – 95/75); (L2 – 135/95)
1st Minute…1 Thruster
2nd Minute…2 Thrusters
3rd Minute…3 Thrusters…and so on until you hit 10 minutes.
