Pre-Party: Squat Clean Progressions and Handstand Pushup Progressions
Party: For Time Complete:
10-1 Handstand Pushups (L1 – you may use bands, the boxes or more than one ab mat)
1-10 Squat Cleans (L1 – 95/65); (L2 – 135/95);…Dustin’s Weight/Ultimate Quad Burn = 185#
*NOTE: If you can squat clean 250# or more, you may opt to use 185#’s. There will be a 30 Minute time cut off.
