Getting Started

Step 1

Check out the site and get familiar with what we have to offer.

Step 2

Drop In to one of our free CrossFit WOD's held every Saturday at 10:15 a.m. to meet our coaches, members, and some new friends. All abilities are welcome to attend! If you have CrossFit experience, drop in to one of our CrossFit classes during the week. The first visit is always free!

Step 3

Pick the membership that works best for you, and start attending our YS/X and YS HIIT classes. If you have previous CrossFit experience, or are proficient in the Olympic lifts and basic gymnastic movements, you can jump straight into our CrossFit and Hybrid classes.
