Happy Hour: 600 Meter Row + 30 GHD Hip Extensions
Pre-Party: If you didn’t complete your 1 RM Back Squat/Front Squat from the day before you must do so today. If you did complete then Weighted Deficit Push-ups 3X5
Party: EMOM for 5 minutes complete 3 Hang Clean Thrusters @ 65% of 1 RM clean, then 2 minute AMRAP of Hang Clean Thrusters at the same weight.
**NOTE – We will be starting a squat program that will be implemented into your daily WOD twice a week starting next week. Get excited!! We will be posting an excel spreadsheet, where you will input your 1 RM Back Squat and Front Squat for the squat program. This spreadsheet will spit out the weight you will abide by on a weekly basis. We will explain more in class. Good Luck!!
