Happy Hour: 1000 M Row
Party: Muscle Up Practice, then 5×5 Muscle Ups for quality, if you can, do em’ strict!
After Party: One Minute On, One Minute Off for 6 Minutes:
30 KB Swings 1.5pood/2pood
Then immediately, One Minute On, One Minute Off for 6 Minutes:
25 Wallball 14/20
*Reps must be completed within each minute, if reps are not successfully completed within the minute a 5 burpee penalty is assessed. Penalty burpees must be started exactly one minute after last minute of wallball is over. Burpees must be completed within 2 minutes, or an additional 10 burpee penalty will be assessed.
