What the heck is METYOGA? It’s a bodyweight metcon followed by some sweet stretches for your tight butts and shoulders with the stretch masteress yogini, Michelle! This is for supple cheetahs, which happen to be WAY more in-shape than leopards.
These additional classes are not taking over the time slots from the regular classes, they will be run at the same time.
