So, many of you have been asking about how we are going to implement the new Olympic Weightlifting program. Well, we have learned a lot about our community over the past couple of years and how busy many of you are. We have also learned that there is one program that seems to appeal and work for the majority of you. That program is the Hatch Squat Program. All the coaches are so excited about how dedicated you all are to the program. So, starting in September we will be implementing an 8-10 week Olympic Weightlifting program that will be run the same way Hatch is run. This allows all the members to stick with a program in its entirety. As such, the stand-alone Olympic Weightlifting classes will be taken off the schedule, but this won’t happen until the Oly program begins. Stay tuned, we will have more details very soon.
