Happy Hour: Row 600 Meters + Hip Mobility
Pre-Party: Hatch Week 1, Day 2 – Please do not do complete a Hatch workout on back to back days. If you missed a day of Hatch please feel free to make that day up during another Pre-Party. It looks as though many of you will miss a day here and there. Just make sure you get two days of Hatch in a week with a day of rest in between. In addtion, please remember to input your Max Back Squat and Front Squat into the Excel Spreadsheet. Link is shown below.
Party: 3 Rounds – You will have 3 minutes to complete a 400 Meter Run with remaining time used for AMRAP of Kettlebell Snatch (L1 – 45/25) (L2 – 55/35) – NOTE…you must alternate arms after each rep and kettlebell must touch the ground after each rep.
