Happy Hour: 5 Minutes of Lacrosse Ball Rolling + L-Sits/L-Hang with partner, must accumulate 3 minutes each.
Pre-Party: 4X400 meter Run – Rest as long as it takes to run 400 meters. Keep track of time it took to run each 400 meter.
Party: 3 attempts at ME Pullups/Bar Muscle-Ups/Muscle-ups. There will be a 3 minute time cap to fit in no more than 3 attempts.
