The workout for July 11, 2012…
Pre-party: 30 wall squats, 400 meter run, & 100 double unders.
Party: tabata of – row for calories, wall ball, toes to bar, and 12″ standing jumps.
* athlete will row, wall ball, T2B, and jump for 4 minutes each. This will be a 16 minute tabata. 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. There will be no rest in between movements.
