Happy Hour: 3 Skin the Cats + 5 Handstand Pushups OR Deficit Handstand Pushups X 3
Pre-Party: One-Arm Kettlebell Overhead Squat Practice (10 minutes)
Party: 6 minute AMRAP of:
5 Deadlifts (L1 – 185/135); (L2 – 225/165)
10 One-Arm Kettlebell Thrusters (L1 – 45/25); (L2 – 55/35)
*You must complete 5 kettlebell thrusters on each arm
