Happy Hour: 1,000 meter row
Pre-Party: 15 minute time limit to reach a 1 RM Squat Clean (you must complete 1 squat clean every 90 seconds as you work up in weight)
Party: 1 Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 Overhead Squat every 40 seconds for 6 minutes @ 75-80% of your 1 RM Snatch
After Party: Snatch Pulls 5X5 – you must do these at the same weight as specified above (75-80% of 1 RM Snatch)
