Pre-Party: 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean every 30 seconds for 5 minutes (80% of 1 RM)
Party: 5X5 Strict Press, then
40 Strict Toes 2 Bar for quality (L1 – Strict knees 2 Elbows); (L2 – Strict Toes 2 Bar)
So apparently the Oly peeps are getting strong……..good for the athletes, bad for the jerk boxes. Looks like it’s time for a Home Depot trip.
