Tim Ferriss interviews Kelly Starrett about CrossFit, it’s benefits, where he sees CrossFit going, and the most common issues he sees in athletes. It’s well worth the hour if you can listen. I think it gives some great insight on where CrossFit has come and where it’s going with a veteran of the CrossFit community. Tim Ferriss does a great job asking the right questions. They even briefly chat about why Rich Froning is so good at CrossFit. Give it a listen, it may change your perspective on why you do CrossFit.
