10 Deadlifts – L1 (185/135); L2 (275/185)
10 One-Arm Kettlebell Push Press – L1 (45/25); L2 (55/35)
*L1 is a reasonably scaled version of L2. Please use these as a reference point when picking your weights. L2 will always be more difficult and should only be used if the athlete can perform the movements with proper form. Please ask your coach if you have any questions.
