Keeping track of the workouts that you do and the weights that you do for lifts is an important tool in helping you progress in CrossFit. By having knowledge of previous lifts and workouts you have benchmarks from which to gauge what to do for upcoming lifts and workouts. This information is very helpful in making decisions on how to attack workouts and it is also extremely helpful for coaches so that they can help guide you on how you should be progressing.
YSCF uses CF Whiteboard which is an application online that allows you to track all your workout information. Even better is that you can download the app on your iPhone or Android and post and track all this information with your fingertips. For those that workout in the morning they can check out the leaderboard from those who posted in the afternoon and see how they stacked up. It also allows to to track all your weights for lifts which would be very helpful for the current strength program we are doing. This way you can make more informed decisions on how much weight to add to sets.
You can find the CF Whiteboard button at the top of each WOD on our website to post your information or you can download the app to your phone. Take the time to do this so that you can use this information to help you achieve fitness goals that you set for yourself.
